Fujiyoshi Wagyu
The Fujiyoshi Wagyu, also known as Fujiaya Gyu, is a premium black-haired Wagyu brand cultivated by Fujichiku Co., Ltd., originating from Kumamoto, Japan. These cattle are raised in the well-ventilated Fuji Farm located at the foot of Mount Aso, where they enjoy abundant natural water and fresh air.
Fujiyoshi Wagyu is renowned for its fine marbling, beautiful meat color, and the characteristic sweetness of Wagyu, coupled with a firm texture and melt-in-the-mouth tenderness. Fuji Farm selectively breeds calves with the potential to achieve A5 and A4 grades, utilizing years of experience and expert discernment in their selection process.
These cattle are subject to strict health management and are processed in hygienic facilities to ensure the freshness and quality of the meat.
